Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or an invoice.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. LCF Fash is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns, nor do we offer free exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or un-traceable shipments. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In the event you've sent your item(s) prior to receiving an approval; you'll be responsible for the shipping fee to ship your original item(s) back to you.

Each and every item is inspected for damages prior to the order being fulfilled. LCF Fash is not responsible for damages once item(s) have been shipped, worn or washed regardless the circumstance.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide images.

No Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as lingerie, nipple tassels/pasties, bralettes, bodysuits, swimsuits and body piercings. These items are final sale due to hygiene purposes. NO EXCEPTIONS

Final Sale Items

Unfortunately, certain items are final sale, such as sale/clearance items, white items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the gift card provided to you via email.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be receiving a store credit gift card via email. We do not provide refunds for returns.
